




Alexandra Prigent-Labeis
Managing Partner, London
Alexandra is the founder and Managing Partner of Accellency. She has over 20 years’ experience in financial positioning, fund raising and sales strategy across asset classes ranging from private equity, private debt and real estate to venture and growth capital, structured finance and hedge fund strategies.
She spent a decade at Goldman Sachs in solution sales and structuring covering institutional investors with a focus on strategic investments, regulatory capital and asset and liability management, ultimately as European head of Pension and Insurance Regulatory structuring for Credit and Equity.
Alexandra has a particular interest in technology and innovative companies and advises tech funds and portfolio companies from Series A to IPO.
Alexandra is a professor at HEC Paris and serves on the board of HEC Alumni. In 2020, she was named Franco-British Young Leaders.
Alexandra was born in Paris, France. She graduated from HEC Paris with a Masters in Finance. She now lives in London with her husband and daughters.


Romain Richemont
Managing Partner, Paris
Romain advises on capital market mandates with a focus on equity stories and investor relations for public listed companies, building on a unique experience of more than 20 years in investor relations, corporate finance and M&A in top tier listed corporate institutions in energy, consumer goods and food.
Romain was Investor Relations Director at Danone, the global food company, and at TotalEnergies, the global energy major, where he successfully marketed the acquisition of Maersk Oil, one of the largest operations of the firm over the last decade.
Prior to that, he held senior project and corporate finance roles successively in Asia, Africa, North America and Europe. Romain started his career as a financial analyst at Lazard Asset Management and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Romain graduated from HEC Paris with a Masters in Finance and holds a Bachelor of Science in applied mathematics from Pierre & Marie Curie University in Paris. He is a CFA® charterholder.
Romain lives in Paris. He is passionate about climbing and mountaineering, spending most of his free time in the Alps with his wife and son.


Soizic le Lasseur
Partner, London
Chief Operating Officer – Head of the Design & Event Studio
Soizic is Accellency’s Chief Operating Officer. She is in charge of project management and logistics to facilitate a smooth delivery to our clients. She also oversees internal processes to ensure quality and efficiency at every stage of a mandate and to support operational growth. As head of Accellency’s Design & Event Studio, she is responsible for delivering high-quality financial events and graphic design solutions and managing these project from brief to live implementation, including hybrid AGM, marketing materials, websites and branded solutions.
Soizic has 20 years’ experience in communication, marketing and business operations in Asia and in Europe. Prior to joining Accellency, Soizic spent 5 years delivering sales and operational projects for small and mid-size companies in the UK in alternative investment, executive training, luxury retail and wellness services.
Prior to that she spent 7 years in Hong Kong in retail marketing and co-founded La Madeleine de Proust, selling luxury confectionery imported from renowned French artisans. Soizic spent the first 8 years of her career in Press Relations and communication in Paris at Athénée Louis-Jouvet Theatre and Radio France, where she ran PR for Radio France Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Myung-Whun Chung.
Soizic graduated from Sorbonne University in Paris with a Masters in public affairs and communication.


Thomas Delanglade
Partner, Paris
Thomas has close to 20 years’ experience in capital markets and investment management. He held senior positions in London and Paris on both the sales side and buy side across global listed equities and private alternative investments, including Private Equity, Venture, Healthcare and Real Estate.
Before joining Accellency, Thomas was over a decade investment manager of a privately-owned multi-billion portfolio, composed of global listed equities and private alternative funds. Thomas was performing listed equity stock picking within an absolute return and fundamentally based portfolio. He was also instrumental in diversifying the alternative asset allocation, especially into non-listed funds, covering the whole spectrum from venture to pre-IPO, with a special focus on tech, healthcare and real–estate specialist funds. In that capacity, he reviewed over 200 investment strategies by GPs across Europe and the US.
Before this Thomas spent 10 years at UBS Investment Bank where he was a Director advising institutional investors and asset managers on listed equities and cross-asset investments to deliver yield enhancement, risk management and capital protection solutions.
Thomas was born in Marseille, France and graduated from Audencia Business School with a Masters in Finance. He lives in Paris with his wife and two daughters. He has been playing tennis for over 30 years and still plays competitively.


Tamsin Jordan
Partner, London – Head of Impact & Responsible Investments
Tamsin has over 15 years’ experience in the alternative investment management industry. She has worked with hedge funds, investment trusts and closed ended funds across long/short equity, private debt, private equity and impact investing asset classes. Tamsin advises on investor relations strategy and content and heads the Impact and Responsible Investments practice at Accellency. She is passionate about the key role that the financial sector can play in mobilising capital to tackle climate change and other global sustainability challenges.
Tamsin was responsible for strategic communications and IR for direct lending funds and a private equity portfolio at Pollen Street Capital. Prior to that, Tamsin spent a decade at Marshall Wace, a leading global hedge fund specialising in long/short equity. Whilst at Marshall Wace, Tamsin built out and led the investor relations and communications capabilities for an innovative global direct lending strategy that successfully raised £1bn of assets and traded as a FTSE 250 company.
Tamsin graduated with a bachelors in International Relations from the University of Sussex after having achieved the International Baccalaureate Diploma at the United World College of the Atlantic in South Wales.

Emily Meara
Director, London
Emily has over 10 years’ experience in finance and investor relations, with specific expertise in listed company investor relations within the real estate, leisure and retail sectors.
Before joining Accellency, Emily was Head of Investor Relations at NewRiver REIT, a listed Group which owned and managed a £1 billion portfolio of retail and leisure assets across the UK. During this time Emily marketed the Group’s class 1 disposal of their hospitality business and the subsequent relaunch of their strategy. Prior to this, Emily led Investor Relations at the FTSE 250 REIT, Workspace Group, which owns and operates a London office portfolio valued at over £2 billion. She has also worked within investor relations for TUI, one of the world’s leading tourism groups.
Emily previously worked in Regulatory reporting at Barclays, focusing on banking leverage, and qualified as an accountant within the Financial Services team in EY, London. Emily graduated from the London School of Economics with a degree in Economics (first-class) and holds a Certificate in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Henley Business School.


Clémence Cachet-Fournier
Vice President, London
Clemence is a Vice President at the Accellency London office and works on investor relations mandates for investment funds and corporates.
Clemence has 10 years’ experience within equity research as well as capital markets and fundraising advisory, building a solid expertise in equity stories and investor relations.
Prior to joining Accellency, Clemence spent most of her career in London at BNP Paribas Exane, the leading independent research house in Europe. During this time, she covered Media companies and her team repeatedly ranked #1 in Europe. After this, Clemence joined Inbound Capital where she oversaw the development of the fundraising part of the business and advised on listed companies investor relation strategy with a focus on equity stories.
Clemence graduated from the Paris Dauphine University. She holds a Masters degree in Finance and a BA in Mathematics. She also recently graduated from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust with a Level 2 Award in Wines.

Edouard Lecieux
Senior Consultant
Edouard has 18 years’ experience in alternative investment, fundamental research, Capital Markets and M&A and is a senior consultant at Accellency with a focus on capital markets and company transformation mandates.
Edouard is Head of M&A at TSH, The Student Hotel, the only Pan European, real estate heavy, student-led integrated hospitality platform currently operating in 16 locations..
Prior to that, Edouard spent 5 years at Millennium, a $37bn global multi-strategy firm, as a cross capital structure research analyst focused on event driven transactions (M&A, IPO, equity and credit offerings) for Millennium’s global equity event-driven strategies and ultimately as portfolio manager of the Latam and US credit portfolios.
Prior to that, Edouard was an investment director at Massena Partners where he was in charge of selection and strategic allocation to alternative investment funds across private equity, real estate and hedge funds.
Edouard spent the first 8 years of his career in Equity Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisitions at Morgan Stanley and Perella Weinberg with a focus on the TMT sector.
Edouard is a mentor and advisor at Decelera, the Spanish start-up programme dedicated to second time entrepreneurs building sustainable businesses.
Edouard holds a Master of Science in Finance from ESCP Europe, Paris.

Maximilien Raab
Senior Consultant, London
Maximilien has 9 years’ experience in financial services across sell-side equity research and corporate advisory roles.
Most recently, he was an associate in Goldman Sachs’ Global Investment Research division in Tokyo where he was responsible for commercialising equity research ideas as well as spearheading thematic research efforts across the APAC region. Prior to that, he was an equity research analyst covering ASEAN consumer companies in Singapore, where, among other things, he worked on HM Sampoerna’s (Philip Morris) US$1.4bn rights issue.
Maximilien started his career at Ilex Partners in Beiijing, a boutique corporate advisory firm, working on an array of projects including the establishment of an African infrastructure investment fund, fundraising for global investment institutions and project finance.
Maximilien speaks English, French, Spanish and Mandarin and graduated from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in London with a degree in Chinese and Economics. He is a CFA® charterholder.


Lina Asrarguis
Senior Consultant, London
Lina has 8 years’ experience in capital markets and equity research with a strong focus on technology and innovation. Lina advises on investor relations and equity story mandates across Europe bringing together a rare mix of expertise across institutional and hedge funds investors, IPOs and block trades, and digital and technology business models. Lina is also a certified business coach and trains management teams on specific delivery techniques for fundraising roadshows, sales and meetings and AGM.
Lina spent 6 years at Morgan Stanley’s Equity Division in London in a specialist sales role, after starting her career as an equity research analyst in the Technology and Internet teams, covering successful post-IPO names such as Ingenico, ASML, Rightmove, ASOS, Just Eat.
Lina is Moroccan-British and is fluent in English, Arabic and French. She has a working knowledge of Spanish and is currently learning Farsi.
She holds a Masters in Finance from EDHEC business School, France


Stanislas Lesniak
Analyst, London
Stanislas is an analyst in the London office and works on investor relations mandates for investment funds.
Prior to joining Accellency, Stanislas worked at Picardie Investissement, a French small cap buy-out fund.
Stanislas holds a Masters from ESCP Business School, Paris and BA in finance from EDHEC Business School. He also studied landscaping at ENSAP Lille.
For 3 years, he volunteered as fireman at one of Lille’s fire stations.

Corisande Portalier
Analyst, Paris
Corisande is an analyst in the Paris office and works on investor relations mandates for investment funds.
Before joining Accellency, Corisande has built a track-record in finance and entrepreneurship, working in the restaurant chain start-up Brasserie Rosie and in an insurtech at Station F.
Corisande is studying at HEC Paris Grande Ecole program, where she completed an entrepreneurship certificate.
Corisande was the vice-president of HEC Fight Club and plays the oboe in an orchestra.


Nesrine Kefi
Analyst, Paris
Nesrine is an analyst in the Paris office and works on investor relations mandates for investment funds and corporates.
With three years of experience as a Private Equity analyst in investment funds at Isatis Capital in France and at INMA Holding in Tunisia, Nesrine has developed a solid track record in investment, strategy and corporate finance. In particular, she boosted investor relationships for portfolio companies as she worked closely with their management teams.
On top of her professional pursuits, Nesrine enjoys volunteering and is actively involved in community service. As a dedicated member of the Rotary global network, she led a variety of international projects for 6 years, mainly in Lebanon where she was engaged in initiatives aimed at providing help and support for refugees.
Nesrine has a MSc in Finance degree from emlyon business school. She speaks English, French and Arabic.


Georgia Alley-Holman
Office Manager, London
Georgia is Accellency’s Office Manager and ensures that operations run smoothly both internally and for our clients.
She has 7 years’ experience in administrative and operational management. Prior to joining Accellency, Georgia worked in Business Services and Technology. She started her career as an office administrator apprentice within a small family run business and has worked her way up to Office Manager within different sectors, gaining invaluable knowledge in administration, finance, facilities and office management, and HR.
Georgia holds Level 2 Business Administration qualification.
